The Java Table started with a simple conviction: a café should feel as considered at 7 a.m. as a cocktail bar does at 9 p.m. We opened our doors on Court Square to fill a gap in Princeton — a space where the quality of your morning pour and the craft of your evening drink are held to the same standard.
Every bean is single-origin and roasted locally. Every spirit is sourced with the same deliberate eye. The result is a room that hums differently depending on the hour, but always feels like the right place to be.
